wildwellandwhole is a nurse-founded holistic wellness practice rooted in partnership with the natural world. We nurture whole-person health to foster healing, resilience, and deeper connection with self, community, and the Earth.
wildwellandwhole is led by your nurse and guide, Beth Pearson King, BSN, RN, holistic nurse, certified forest therapy guide, Reiki practitioner, and writer, with Beth’s writing in The Wild Green Journal offering a deeper view into the foundations of wildwellandwhole.
Our offerings include nature-based indoor guided mindfulness sessions, outdoor forest therapy experiences, and nurse coaching designed to support those navigating stress, transition, grief and burnout.
Not sure what you’re looking for? That’s okay. This isn’t a space for quick fixes or perfect answers.
wildwellandwhole is here for the quiet questions. For people figuring it out. For those drawn to nature, reflection, and a different way of caring.
We are in a season of preparation. Live offerings are coming. But the journey doesn’t have to wait. The Wild Green Journal is open now, and it’s the truest introduction to this work we can offer. Begin there.
The path is unfolding, one step at a time.
Come as you are.
We would be honored to walk beside you.
